PROCESSING TIME:

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. In most circumstances our in stock products will ship within 2-3 business days. Custom orders may have extended processing times which we will communicate with you.

SHIPPING TIMES:

North America: 5-7 business days after 48-72 hour processing time.

Actual delivery time will depend on the specific carrier. Once the package is scanned by the carrier, we no longer have control on delivery time. White Paws Candle Co is not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.
